What is 'Elite Series'?

What is 'Core Series'?

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide! We ship under DAP incoterms, which means you're responsible for duties and taxes outside the U.S. We usually ship and deliver within 2-4 days within the U.S. Worldwide deliveries can range from 7 - 21 days. READ MORE.

What is your return policy?

We believe our customers shouldn't have to pay for return shipping. Our U.S. based customers get free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Our international customers will be awarded special treatment on a case by case basis, depending on the need.

When will I get my pre-order?

We're currently in production in all of our factories and will have all items in stock on October 31st. You can expect to receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number then.

What if an item doesn't fit?

Although we strive to make our sizing guides as accurate as possible, we understand that not all bodies are the same and you may want to change the size of the items your received. U.S. customers can exchange all items free of charge, with pre-paid return labels provided using our automated exchange system. This platform will be enabled and linked to as soon as we start shipping all orders.

Do you have care instructions?

Absolutely. After each order is delivered, you'll receive special care instructions via e-mail. Keep in mind, natural fibers are luxurious in nature and require special care. The instructions are simple: wash all items in the delicate cycle with similar colors and fabrics. Do not wash them alongside harsh fabrics like denim or towels. Tumble dry in low heat or hang dry. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay. 

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. All information is encrypted and unavailable to us. You may receive automated Facebook messenger notifications if you elected to receive them during checkout. Rest assured that we do not have access to your Facebook account unless you respond to one of the automated messages. Credit card information is processed by Stripe using secure encryption. Your contact information is kept confidential. You may be contacted via e-mail for product announcements and/or informational messages.

Do you offer discounts?

Our pricing reflects our material costs, the work of hundreds of well-paid workers, logistics and distribution, and administrative expenses. Everything has been priced out to reflect a fair value for quality apparel. We strive to keep our inventory at optimal levels to avoid liquidation or clearances, therefore you can expect our pricing to remain constant throughout the year.
